CD stacker on a 960 1995

CD stacker us the cartridge jammed inside what is compatible to replace stacker only. any ideas out there also why are freight charges so hi out of the UK to freight a cam kit to nz cheers jack m the cost of the kit 85 pound the freight 65 pound

If you use a thin knife, butter knife etc. and insert it above the cartridge sweep from left to right it should release. Then empty it of discs and re install and press eject. There will be a disc which will return to the cartridge. For some reason they sometimes forget which slot they were in and become jammed when trying to return to the cartridge.
