Can anyone advise. I own a volvo 131 2dr Amazon 1966. Can anyone tell me where i could locate the chasis number?

The Dvla have contacted me with regards to my chsis number. The nmber on the V5 does not tally up with the number embossed onto the plate in the engine bay.So therfore i wanted to know where abouts on thecar would the number be stamped if atall!Does anyone know where it may be located cos i cant find it!

Hi, Have a try on your "B" pillar. You may see a stamped in number with a plastic cover on it.. Des. . . ;)
